  • Security: Contact form data is stored securely on my Webflow-hosted site and email system, accessible only to me. Health records are kept in encrypted, offline files per Alberta standards.
  • Confidentiality: As a psychologist, I follow strict ethical guidelines—your therapy information stays private unless required by law (e.g., imminent harm).
  • Retention: I keep contact info only as long as needed to reply or schedule, and therapy records for 10 years per Alberta regulations, then securely destroy them.

  • With your consent (e.g., insurance billing if you provide approval).
  • If legally required (e.g., court order or mandatory reporting for safety).
    No third-party processors are currently involved, but if that changes (e.g., adding payment tools), I’ll update this policy.
